We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided that the item is
unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Once the product has been opened,
installed, or used, it will no longer be eligible for return or refund.

All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. If the item meets our return criteria, your refund will be
processed to the original payment method.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified about the approval or rejection
of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days,
depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
Our standard delivery time is 5 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.

AEC is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs,
or other factors beyond our control.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it within
24 hours of delivery. We will review your claim and, upon verification, arrange for a
replacement or refund at no extra cost, provided you share valid proof (such as photos or unboxing videos).
